As soon as you purchase, you will get an emailed invite to download the FindYourFire Training App and your program will be available in your dashboard. 

Don’t worry! The FindYourFire Training App is like having a personal trainer in your pocket, every exercise has a step by step guide and instructional video to ensure proper form and confidence.

Yes. For all the Lifestyle Bodybuilding options, these programs have been designed for you to train in the gym. To train like a pro, you’ll need access to a full range of equipment.. especially for leg days.

Yes! And you don’t need to wait for me, either. You have the option to cancel your subscription to the FindYourFire Training app at any time. 

If you are unable to perform a certain exercise, there is an option to choose modifications right on the App! However if you have an injury or a special case that requires modifications often, I’d suggest the option for a custom training program instead.

The FindYourFire Training App is invite only, and not found in the App store without a special link. Once your program is purchased, you will receive an emailed invite to download the App and start your journey at your pace!
