Patience.

Stay patient - the more you rush yourself and get let down by unrealistic expectations, the harder you will make it for yourself! 

Being unrealistic or impatient can actually hinder our results, it puts a stress in our mind and shifts us into a negative state. Don’t get too caught up in what you look like right now, instead train for the benefits of BOTH your body AND mind. Focus on how amazing you feel after the post-workout endorphin rush, realize how much your body thanks you after this physical exercise! Train for health, train for your mental state, and don’t worry, your physical body will always follow. Enjoy each and every day and be HAPPY about the effort you put in; repeat this day by day and enjoy the ride, one day you’ll wake up and find you're exactly where you always wanted to be.
