It's okay to make yourself a priority.
In fact, it’s absolutely necessary you do. You can’t give to others while you're running on an empty tank, it’s imperative you take care of your OWN body and mind before you can properly take care of anyone else! Schedule “you” time, and stick to it; set up a playlist and go smash those weights at the gym! Take care of yourself so that you can wholeheartedly take care of your loved ones. When you’re at your best, you’re entire life gets better; you become a better person for not only yourself, but for everyone around you too.
