Training is not a matter of luck, it’s about your effort. There is no such thing as a shortcut in fitness, its either you do it or you don’t! You either get the results from the work you put in, or you stay the same! The grind cannot be cheated, and there is no way around the effort you have to give. No diet pill, fat burner, waist trainer, or skinny tea will take you to where you want to be; there is no substitute for work ethic, and the body (and life) you desire cannot be achieved in any other way!
