Who are you to judge (not only others) but your SELF! Yes, that’s right. Let’s talk about how you think of your SELF through your fitness journey. As long as you are giving your absolute best, who are you to judge and allow negative self-talk towards your efforts at the gym? You will improve, day by day! Always keep compassion, no matter what level you are at you should always measure your success rate by how well you can stay consistent while giving your absolute personal best every single time. Don’t compare yourself to someone else or get dragged down if you aren't “there yet” - you will be, and if you're nice to your body and mind throughout the process, it will come sooner than you know!
