What are your daily goals when you enter the gym? What’s your overall plan? And are you making the right moves to get there? 

There should not be any shades of grey when you enter the gym, you should know exactly what you're going to do and why you're going to do it! You should have a proper plan in order that will take you to where you want to be; no time for guessing games, maximize the potential of your time spent training!

If you want results, you need to laser your focus; DECIDE what you want, COMMIT to a plan that will get you there, and HUSTLE day in and day out! Be 100% about your efforts, you're either all in or all out!
